Manually in small perforated containers, to maintain the integrity of grapes.
Wine Making Process
Traditional fermentation on the skin for 20 days. Elevage in still tank for 2 months.
Alcohol by Vol.
Light appetizers, “risotto”, light meats, sweet vegetables, or as aperitif with salty pastry and fresh cheese.
